At KISS USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
